Can I place my order over the phone?

Unfortunately that is not posible. The only way to place an order is via our website. If you need help to place an order please contact us, we will be happy to assist you.

 

For how long will my order appear in my shopping cart?

If you allowed cookies on your computer, then you can come back to your order even after one month, you will still see your order there and you will be able to complete your payment.

 

I have not received my order. What should I do?

If you are an international customer and your order has been sent less tan a week ago, please be patient, since there could be a small delay in customs. If it has been longer or you are not an international customer, please contact us so we can help you resolve any inconvenience.

 

I need my order sooner!

If you need your order for a special occasion like a birthday that is coming soon, you have a special event or you just simply can not wait, please contact our Customer Service Team, they will be happy to assist you to rush your order as much as possible.

 

I need to change my order!

If for some reason you need to make a change in your order (like changing the size or color) please contact us, we will make the change for you. Please keep in mind that once the order has been shipped we will not be able to change your order.
